The second position is aimed at a kindergarten child, with employment from December 1, 2025, which includes at least 35 hours per week. The prerequisite here is completed training as a childcare worker.

The requirements for applicants include enjoyment of working with children and their caregivers, high motivation, commitment, empathy as well as communication and teamwork skills. Employees can look forward to TVöD remuneration as well as special annual payments and enjoy 30 days of vacation, with the option of two conversion days and two regeneration days for a 4 or 5 day week.
