The Bavarian Red Cross Care Association (BRK) offers a valuable opportunity for citizens to find out about important topics such as health care power of attorney, living wills and care directives. These one-on-one consultations are specifically designed to help people in the community better understand and prepare for their legal matters.
During the consultations, participants can purchase Ministry of Justice brochures containing blank forms. These forms are important for recording legal wishes and decisions. If you already have completed forms, you are welcome to bring them with you and ask questions about them. However, it is important to note that these consultations are not a substitute for legal advice. If you have legal questions, you should contact a lawyer or notary, as the care association cannot carry out certifications.
