STC Krummennaab: Annual general meeting with honors and new elections

The annual general meeting of STC Krummennaab took place in the TSV Krummennaab sports center, where chairman Jürgen Rosner warmly welcomed the members. “The last tennis season was quiet and our courts were in excellent condition,” reported Rosner. This was supported by Manuel Jeltsch, the division manager, who proudly announced: "Our men's team achieved a great third place in the Meden round. We should continue that this season." The traditional Kirwa hike in autumn to the Schweinmühle campsite also enjoyed great participation, which made the entire board very happy.

One topic that Rosner addressed was the ski division, which has been inactive for years due to a lack of instructors and interested people. “Last winter, like previous years, had little snow,” he explained. Treasurer Harald Birk reported a stable cash situation, but pointed out that the financial cushion, as in many clubs, is melting. In order to reduce expenses, you have to consider whether the annual site maintenance can be carried out yourself again.

New elections and honors

The meeting also brought changes to the board. Due to the resignation of Peter Zaumseil as secretary and the departure of Hans-Werner Jakob as auditor, two positions were vacant. In the new elections, Jürgen Rosner was confirmed as first chairman, while Dr. Wolfgang Witt continues to act as deputy. Harald Birk remains treasurer and Johanna Donenko was elected as the new secretary. The auditors are now Alois Schraml and Uli Roth, who is new to the board. The assessors are Claudia Grasser, Manuel Jeltsch, Sabine Witzany and Peter Zaumseil.

A special moment of the meeting was the honoring of four long-standing members for their loyalty to the club. Siegrid Hansel, Harald Birk and Uli Roth received a certificate and a small gift for 40 years of membership. Roland Renz was honored for 50 years of loyalty and also received a certificate and a gift.
