A new development area called “Am Kalvarienberg” is being developed in the picturesque Schwarzhofen market, which is of particular interest to young families. There are a total of five building plots available here, which are located between the existing areas “Am Hütberg” and “Am Weinberg”. The area of 6,118 square meters was previously used for agriculture and now offers the opportunity to live in an attractive south-facing hillside location. This location is characterized by an unobstructed view over the old town of Schwarzhofen and the Schwarzachtal.
The surroundings of the new development area are also advantageous. The Dr. von Ringseis elementary school is in the immediate vicinity, and the old town can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Support for families
To make it easier for families, cohabitants or single parents with children to purchase a property, the Schwarzhofen market offers a one-off subsidy of 1,000 euros per child. This subsidy applies to every child of the purchaser who is not yet 10 years old at the time of application or who is born within five years of moving into the house. In order for this subsidy to be granted, the building plot must be built on with a residential building within five years of the notarial certification and used by the buyer as their main residence. The reference is determined by registering with the registration authority.
