Schwandorf: Draft to change the design statutes publicly available
The planning and environmental committee of the large district town of Schwandorf has taken an important step in urban development. On September 26, 2024, the committee approved the draft amendment to the design statutes. This decision will be made in a public meeting.
Insight into the design documents
The draft documents will be available from October 25, 2024 through November 29, 2024. Interested citizens can view the documents on the city of Schwandorf's homepage. The link is: www.schwandorf.de | Economy & Construction | Planning and building currently. The information is also accessible via the central state portal.
Opening times and information options
In addition, the procedural documents can be viewed during normal opening hours in the Schwandorf town hall. Access is via the main entrance to Spitalgarten 1. The documents are located in the urban planning department, west wing, ground floor level -1, in the display case by the elevator.
During the publication period, citizens have the opportunity to find out more about the content. Comments can be sent electronically to stadtplanung@schwandorf.de. Alternatively, postal or verbal comments are also possible.
