On Thursday, September 19, 2024, a special event for little bookworms will take place in Oberviechtach. At 4:30 p.m., the city library invites you to an exciting story time led by festival director Bianca Reil. This event promises to be a highlight for children and their parents.
The reading sponsor will read from the captivating book “Spekulatius and the Adventure in the Autumn Forest” in the backyard of the town hall. This book tells about exciting experiences in the autumn forest and is particularly suitable for children aged three and over. The reading lesson lasts about 30 minutes and offers the little listeners the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of stories.
Weather dependent implementation
Weather permitting, the event will take place outdoors, directly behind the town hall. However, if the weather doesn't cooperate, the reading hour will be moved to the city library. This means children can take part and experience the joy of reading regardless of the weather conditions.
Registration is not required, which makes participation easier for anyone interested. The city library is hoping for numerous visitors who would like to immerse themselves in the adventures of the book together with Bianca Reil. It is a wonderful opportunity to encourage a love of literature and stimulate children's imaginations.
