Regensburg's best companies: Award for commitment and family!

In the Regensburg district, the initiative “Goes well with us!” committed companies that implement innovative measures to secure skilled workers. District Administrator Tanja Schweiger emphasizes the importance of these companies for the regional economy and society. The initiative promotes exchange between companies and this year has focused on “training” and “career and family”. Applications for the current round of awards close on November 30, 2025. The aim is to make successful strategies visible that help attract, promote and retain skilled workers. Entrepreneurs are invited to submit their concepts, which will be evaluated by a jury of experts.

“It’s fine with us!” offers an excellent platform to present innovative training concepts and family-friendly working time models. These measures are crucial in order to successfully meet the challenges of the labor market. The ceremonial awarding of the companies will take place in February 2026 as part of a networking event. A next round of the initiative is already being planned. This will take place in autumn 2026 and will focus on “digitalization” and “climate protection”.
