Building committee meeting: Important decisions for new building projects

The meeting of the building committee will take place on October 24, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the fire station at Ringstrasse 40. The agenda includes several items of interest to the public.

Public meeting

First, the minutes of the last meeting are approved. Non-public resolutions will then be announced. An important item on the agenda is the preliminary building permit for the construction of two new single-family homes. These are to be built with two parking spaces or garages each. The corresponding parcels are numbers 3487/8, 3487/12 and 3487/13, located at Am Hölzl near Sonnenweg.

Another point concerns the structure of the building application for the construction of a new single-family house with a separate apartment and four garages. This is parcel 3261/1 at Weinbergstrasse 97. The structure of the building application for a residential development with two apartment buildings and garages is also discussed. This project concerns parcel 159 at Ringstrasse 17.

In addition, a building application to build a terrace roof on the existing single-family home is on the agenda. The parcel in question is number 900/16 at Hermann-Gmeiner-Straße 4. Finally, the tender result for the screed work in the new town hall building will be announced.
