The city administration has announced the details of this year's clippings collection campaign, which will take place on November 8th and 9th, 2024. This campaign is aimed at all private households and offers a practical opportunity to dispose of branches and twigs that have accumulated over the course of the year in an environmentally friendly way. Collection takes place on both days from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
It is important that a person must be on site for pickup to help load the vehicles. Without this support, the clippings cannot be taken with you. This ensures that the process runs smoothly and that city administration employees can work efficiently.
Pickup details
There is a small fee for the pick-up service, which must be paid directly to the helpers at the vehicle. If there are large quantities of cuttings, it may be necessary to use a crane vehicle. In such cases it is important to declare this in advance. Interested parties should contact Mr. Mayer on 09401 / 9601-12 by Thursday, November 7th, 2024 at the latest to organize collection.
The city administration points out that no exact information can be given about the time of collection. Therefore, it is advisable to be ready on collection day and make the appropriate preparations.
