You are cordially invited to the citizens' meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 7 p.m. in the Kulturhaus. The city of Neutraubling invites all citizens to take part in this meeting.
Details about the citizens' meeting
The citizens' meeting is convened in accordance with Article 18 paragraph 1 of the municipal code. It will take place on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Kulturhaus.
agenda
The agenda includes two items. First, the annual report of the city administration is prepared by the mayorHarald Stadlerpresented. Current topics and an outlook for the new year will be presented. This is followed by a discussion in which questions and applications are dealt with.
Citizens are invited to submit suggestions or suggestions in advance of the meeting. These should be sent at least a week in advance by email to info@stadt-neutraubling.de or in writing to the town hall, Regensburger Straße 9.
After the official part, city clerks from various areas are available. These include the areas of construction, finance, childcare and public safety and order.
