Municipal council meeting in Sünching: Important construction plans in focus

The next meeting of the local council is just around the corner and promises to bring some exciting topics to the agenda. On Monday, September 9th, 2024, at 8:00 p.m., the members will meet in the meeting room of the Sünching administrative community to discuss important matters.

The agenda is diverse and includes both public and non-public items. In the public part, among other things, building plans and the land use plan are discussed. Particularly noteworthy is the planned change in Cover Sheet No. 6, which deals with a special area for the research, development or use of renewable energies. A draft for early participation is presented, which means that citizens have the opportunity to contribute their opinions and suggestions.

Important topics on the agenda

Another item on the agenda is the development and green space plan for the “SO Solarpark Schafhöfen”. Here too, a draft for early participation is presented, giving citizens the chance to actively participate in the planning process. In addition, the partial update of the Regensburg regional plan on the topic of “wind energy” is discussed, which is important for future energy supply.

Street lighting and various other topics are also on the list. The mayor will also submit a report providing information about current developments and challenges. The public part of the meeting is followed by a non-public meeting in which confidential matters are discussed.
