The Donaustauf administrative community is currently looking for a department head (m/f/d) for the Human Resources and IT department. According to Donaustauf, the position is permanent and full-time. The main tasks in the staff office include personnel administration and the technical equipment of the administrative facilities. The department head is, among other things, the contact person for personnel processing, salaries and pension benefits. He is also responsible for the organization and technical support of processes relevant to service law and the creation of guidelines.

In order to qualify for the position, a successful qualification as an administrative specialist or corresponding training is required. Relevant professional experience in local government and in-depth knowledge of relevant law are also required.
