The draft development plan No. 195 and the 58th amendment to the land use plan are published. This will happen in the period from October 29th to November 29th, 2024. Citizens can find out about the current plans. The draft building plans can be viewed.

Public interpretation

In addition to publication on the website, there will be a public display. This takes place in the city planning office in the New Town Hall. The address is D.-Martin-Luther-Straße 3, room 2.10. Opening times are Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. On Thursday the office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. On Friday you can come by from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Planning areas

The planning areas are in the east of the city of Regensburg. They are located between the Ostenviertel district and the Irl district. The spatial scope of the land use plan change extends to the former Südzucker sludge ponds. These are north and south of Kremser Straße. The agricultural areas between the A3 motorway and the southern cassettes are also affected.

The draft development plan covers the section of the former Südzucker sludge ponds south of Kremser Straße. The aim of the planning is to designate commercial areas. In addition, areas should be designated for measures to protect, maintain and develop nature and the landscape.
