The next consultations will take place on three different days, on Tuesday, September 26, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
In order to have the new fiber optic cable laid on your property, you have to take action. It is important that you initiate the connection of your property to the fiber optic network. There are various options available to you to submit the application. You can do this conveniently online via the Telekom website, by calling 0800 / 22 66 100 or by visiting a Telekom shop in person.
On-site advice
For those who have difficulty submitting the application online or by telephone, Telekom offers the opportunity to receive advice directly on site. On the dates mentioned above, a Telekom employee will be available at the info point/benefit center to answer questions and offer support. It is not necessary to register in advance, but those interested should be prepared that there may be waiting times.
