Online application and security
The online application is encrypted via the HTTPS protocol. The key strength is 128 bits or 256 bits depending on the browser. When you open the application, you will be linked to the komuna GmbH systems. Users can use a certificate to ensure that they are on the correct server.
Data transfer and storage
The data collected is transferred to komuna GmbH to assign the meter number and the object. The requested last name and first name are used to personalize the generated PDF. This PDF is generated to confirm the transmission of the meter reading. The email address is required for notification.
The data, such as meter number, meter reading and reading date, remains stored until a new file is uploaded. It will not be passed on to third parties. Users receive the submission path and the admin path once by email.
