Invitation to the senior tour
Invitation for seniors aged 70 and over
The community warmly invites all seniors to take part in an entertaining excursion. This takes place in a friendly atmosphere and promises to be a beautiful day.
Tour program
The first stop on the tour is the Kalbus rose nursery. Here Carmen Schramm will guide the participants through the impressive facility. There are around 1,000 different types of roses to discover on an area of 4,000 m², including some very rare specimens. Visitors will learn a lot about growing and caring for roses and can enjoy the beauty and scent of the flowers.
After visiting the garden center, we continue to the “Zur Schöne Aussicht” inn in Hegnenberg. There, participants can enjoy coffee and cake and enjoy the wonderful view of the city of Altdorf and exchange ideas in a friendly atmosphere.
The return trip is scheduled for around 5:30 p.m.

- 13:35 Uhr: Köstlbach, Kapellenplatz
- 13:40 Uhr: Gasthaus Stiegler
- 13:45 Uhr: Seniorenheim am Schauerholz
- 13:50 Uhr: Feuerwehr Kemnath
- 13:55 Uhr: Postbauer-Heng, Rathaus
- 14:00 Uhr: Postbauer-Heng, Bahnhof
- 14:05 Uhr: Postbauer-Heng, Avia Tankstelle
- 14:10 Uhr: Buch, Bushaltestelle beim Dorfstadl
- 14:15 Uhr: Dillberg, Bushaltestelle
If anyone needs an additional stop, please discuss this in advance. The return journey takes place via the same stops and is expected to end around 6:30 p.m.
Costs: Participation in the bus trip and the tour of the rose nursery are free. All participants are also invited to coffee and cake.
Registration: Interested parties are asked to register at the town hall by calling 09188 / 9406-21 by Friday, September 20, 2024.
