In the picturesque Schirnsdorf district of the Mühlhausen market, two attractive building sites are available for allocation. These properties in the Schleifwegäcker development area have already been developed, which means that the necessary supply lines such as water and electricity are already in place. The price for these building areas was set at 130.00 euros per square meter, including development costs. The two available plots have sizes of 754 m² and 600 m², with at least one of the plots having to be used for commercial purposes.
In addition, there is another developed building plot in the Mühlhausen district in the “Hüttenfeld” development area. The selling price here is 172.50 euros per square meter, also including development and local heating supply. The property at Eichenweg 15 has an area of 532 m² and therefore offers a good opportunity for future builders.
Award criteria and deadlines
The allocation of these building sites is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the guidelines for the allocation of municipal residential properties, which were adopted on June 7, 2022. An important criterion is that the building sites must be built on within five years, which gives buyers a clear time frame for their building projects.
