The “Social Center” project in Schorndorf aims to improve the old town area. As part of the simple village renewal of Schorndorf 3, private developers can now receive support. The Office for Rural Development (ALE) Upper Palatinate has defined the funding area for private measures. The exact demarcation can be found on the funding area map dated August 2, 2022.
Funding opportunities for private builders
By designating the funding area, private developers and local micro-enterprises can apply for funding. However, the location in the funding area alone does not mean that you are entitled to funding. Each application is examined separately. The buildings must be older than 25 years and must not be located in the area of a legally binding development plan.
