This innovative pilot project, launched by the State Office for Nursing, will run for a period of three years, starting on October 1, 2024 and ending on September 30, 2027. 80 percent of the funding comes from state grants, which underlines the importance of this initiative.
Sabine Rost's job is to provide advice to those seeking help in the community. In particular, it will offer support to seniors and caring relatives to make it easier for them to access necessary care services.
