A round table of clubs will take place in Sulzbach-Rosenberg on Monday, February 2, 2026. The city's first mayor invites all interested club representatives to the Gothic Hall of the Historic Town Hall at 6 p.m. The aim of this event is to exchange information about current topics and projects and to promote cooperation between the city and the clubs. The planned topics include the Home.Experience Day 2026, the “Pensioner 2.0 – Citizens Help Pensioners” project, innovations in the city app and the partnership with Eschweiler. The mayor expects an open exchange and active participation from the clubs in order to strengthen the community and pursue common goals.

The Home.Experience Day 2026 will take place on May 3, 2026 and is an excellent opportunity for local actors to present their homeland through their own events. The Bavarian Ministry of Homeland Affairs as well as the Bavarian State Association for Homeland Care and the districts are the organizers. The registration deadline for events is April 12, 2026. On the registration page, those interested can find out about the design and promotion of their events and request materials such as posters and banners. The aim of this initiative is to make local culture and commitment visible.
