Reuth local council: Progress with the village shop and construction projects
The mayor welcomes the local councilors and administrative staff present. The newly elected and re-elected commanders of the Reuth Volunteer Fire Department are also present.
Awards for the major project in Premenreuth
The first item on the agenda is awards for the large community project inn-butcher shop-village shop in Premenreuth. The Steffen Todt company from Mülsen is commissioned with the compressed air technology. The Diezinger company from Leutershausen supplies and installs the steel and stainless steel doors in the basement. The company VEMOS from Hermsdorf is responsible for the cooling cells. The screeding work is carried out by FBS from Merzig. The procurement of the grease separation system from the company Dangl from Plattling as well as an addendum on refrigeration technology for the company Seleq from Sulzbach-Rosenberg were subsequently approved.
Funding for the village shop
In order to partially offset the costs of the village shop with funding, an application for LEADER funding is submitted. A 40 percent funding is expected.
Change of commander at the fire department
The committee is pleased with the smooth change of commander at the Reuth Volunteer Fire Department.Stefan Seiffertis now available for the office of first commander.Christian Böhmwill again be second in command for the next six years.
Change in the assessment rates for property tax
Due to legal changes, the assessment rates for property tax A and B must be redefined. The administration proposes 395 points for property tax A and 150 points for property tax B. The committee agrees that it is a matter of “feeling” the actual assessment rates required. A new review should take place in a year when the first accounting results are available.
Water and sewer fees
The water and wastewater fees will also be recalculated next year. The announcements will be published promptly.
Joint wastewater treatment with Friedenfels
The purpose agreement with the municipality of Friedenfels for joint wastewater treatment at the sewage treatment plant in Krummennaab is approved. It is important to the councils that there are no costs for the citizens of the community.
Development plans for PV systems
The municipality of Reuth has no objections to the preparation of project-related development plans for open-space PV systems by the municipality of Falkenberg.
Building applications from young families
The committee is pleased about the building applications from two young families to build single-family homes in Escheldorf and Premenreuth. This could slow the decline in population.
New “Gartenäcker” development area
The work in the new “Gartenäcker” development area is almost complete. The measurement is done. After the measurement results have been entered in the land register, the sale of the plots can begin. The selling price was set at €92 per square meter.
Current status of the butcher shop project
Finally, the mayor informed about the current status of the butcher shop-inn-village shop project. The renovation of the sewer network is coming to an end. The proof of use of the funding should be submitted to the water management office on time.
Disposal in the local judge's house
The local judge's house has now been cleared. Approximately 10 m³ of garbage and the same amount of bulky waste left behind by previous users were disposed of. The property has also been surveyed.
