Progress on the large-scale inn-butcher shop-village shop project in the community
In a comprehensive inspection of the important construction project of the inn-butcher's shop-village shop, the local council examined the progress on the construction site. This visit took place before the regular meeting and gave members the opportunity to see the current status of the work.
The remaining construction work should be completed by the end of October at the latest. The focus is then placed on the construction of the roof structure, the roof covering and the installation of the windows. The installation of full thermal insulation is also on the agenda to make the building winter-proof. Installation work for heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical and refrigeration technology is planned for the winter months.
Awards and new statutes
The meeting's agenda included several awards to the most economical providers. The drywall work was carried out by the company Danner-Trockenbau from Neunburg v.W. awarded, while the locksmith work is carried out by the Fütterer company from Neustadt a.d.WN. The interior plaster is applied by the Trinkerl-Putz company from Weiden, and the catering kitchen is installed by Großküchen-Frey from Tännesberg.
In addition, new statutes were passed that became necessary due to legal changes. The drainage statutes and the water delivery statutes have been updated, with only editorial adjustments to the content.
The fee structure has also been revised. The fee for a cubic meter of wastewater increases from €3.06 to €3.55, while the price for fresh water falls from €2.28 to €1.91. The basic fees for water meters have been adjusted to the average level in the district. The “normal” domestic water meter will now cost €35.00 per year instead of the previous €25.00. For medium-sized meters, the fee will increase from €50.00 to €70.00, and large water meters will now cost €140.00 instead of €100.00.
Development plan and neighboring projects
The councilors did not express any objections to the development plans of the neighboring communities of Krummennaab and Falkenberg, each of which would like to build ground-mounted PV systems. In addition, the building application for an extension to a garage in Letten was granted municipal approval.
