Dear Witzlasreuth citizens,
The renovation work on the water pipes and canals in our community is well underway. It is particularly pleasing that the connection to the water pipe in Bergstrasse has now been completed.
In order to restore the road surface after the work carried out, it is necessary to completely close the mountain road again. This closure will come into effect from Thursday, September 5th, 2024 until Friday, September 6th, 2024 at 10:00 am.
Blocking details
The decision to carry out this work during the holiday and holiday period was taken to minimize disruption to traffic. Experience has shown that there is less traffic on the roads during this time.
We ask all residents and road users for their understanding of this necessary measure and thank you for your trust and patience during the construction work.
Please also note the corresponding traffic signs on the access roads and within the town that indicate the closure.
