The anticipation for the Andorfer Kirchweih is increasing! The celebrations take place in Erbendorf from September 21st to 23rd, and a highlight of the festival is the traditional Kirwa procession, which parades through the town on church fair Sunday. With over ten festively decorated wagons and teams, the city's youth will liven up the streets with bright colors and cheerful sayings.
At 2 p.m. the Kirwa train will travel down Bräugasse into the city center and then continue across the Unterer Markt to the Aldi parking lot, where there will be a short break. Then we continue to the market square and over the Kaiserberg to the Kirwa tent of the smoke club at the festival site. Spectators can look forward to a lively atmosphere and many surprises.
