Schwandorf is planning a photovoltaic project: citizen participation starts now!
The planning and environmental committee of the large district town of Schwandorf has taken an important step in urban development. On September 26, 2024, the decision to draw up the project-related development plan with integrated green space plan No. XXIII “Special Photovoltaic Area Hans-Kraus-Allee” was passed in a public meeting. The preliminary draft was approved in the version dated August 8, 2024.
Public participation
The public now has the opportunity to find out more about the planning. The announcement and the preliminary draft documents can be viewed on the city of Schwandorf's homepage from October 22, 2024 to November 27, 2024 inclusive. Interested citizens can find the information at www.schwandorf.de in the Economy & Construction section. The documents are also accessible via the central state portal.
In addition, the procedural documents can be viewed during normal opening hours in the Schwandorf town hall. The urban planning department is located in the west wing, ground floor level -1. Access is barrier-free via the main entrance to Spitalgarten 1.
Statements and information
During the publication period, citizens have the opportunity to submit comments. These can be sent electronically to the city of Schwandorf. The email address is bauleitplanverfahren@schwandorf.de. Alternatively, statements can also be submitted by post or orally for transcription.
The city of Schwandorf invites all citizens to actively participate in this process and to contribute their opinions and suggestions.
