The Weiding community is looking for reinforcements for the construction yard – apply now!

The community of Weiding has an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to pursue a career in construction. We are currently looking for a new employee who can work both full-time and part-time. This is an excellent opportunity for technically gifted people who want to get involved in a dynamic environment.

To qualify for the position, applicants should meet certain requirements. First of all, craft or agricultural training is required, which goes hand in hand with practical skills. This means that applicants should be able to handle various skilled tasks, whether in construction or agriculture. A class B or C driving license is also necessary to ensure mobility for the various tasks in the construction yard.

Important requirements and working conditions

Another important point is the ability to work independently, especially during substitute periods. This means that the new employee should be able to independently make decisions and complete tasks when other team members are absent. In addition, a willingness to work in unfavorable times, such as during winter service, is expected. This can mean working in snow and ice to keep the community's streets and paths safe.

The remuneration for the position is based on the guidelines of the collective agreement for the public service (TVÖD) and also includes additional benefits. This ensures fair pay and additional benefits that will be attractive to many applicants.

Interested people can submit their applications until October 4th, 2024. The documents should be sent to the Schönsee administrative community, Weiding municipality, Hauptstraße 25, 92539 Schönsee. Alternatively, you can also apply by email to info@vg-schoensee.de.

For further information, Matthias Jeitner is available on 09674-921213. He is happy to answer questions about the position and the application process.
