Marienheim Neunburg: Six new trainees are starting their careers
Mayor Martin Birner and home manager Josef Weiß recently celebrated a happy occasion: six new trainees began their journey at Marienheim Neunburg vorm Wald. These new additions show that the Marienheim is not only a place for care, but also an important training location with many opportunities for professional development.
Among the new trainees are Johanna Schmidt, Adelyam Massimova and Joana Winter, who are on their way to becoming nursing specialists. Over the next three years, they will gain practical experience in various areas, including the Marienheim itself, a clinic, outpatient care and pediatric nursing. The theory that you learn during your training is taught in collaboration with the Döpfer Vocational School for Nursing. This dual training enables you to work and further your training in many areas of the healthcare system after successful completion.
Diverse training areas
In addition, Irina Mocherniuk and Olena Pidhorna have started their one-year training as nursing assistants. Your practical assignments will mainly take place in the Marienheim, where you can gain valuable experience. A special highlight this year is the introduction of the “Housekeeping” training course. Helena Pöll is the first trainee in this area and will therefore take on a pioneering role at Marienheim.
Those responsible emphasize the importance of practical, high-quality training. To ensure this, the trainees are accompanied by experienced practical instructors who are available as contact persons during the practical phases. Mayor Birner emphasizes that training plays a crucial role in the fight against the shortage of skilled workers. The Marienheim Hospital Foundation takes responsibility here and provides ongoing training. At the same time, it is important that this training takes sufficient time and human resources to meet current requirements.
To make it easier for the new trainees to get started, small gifts were presented. Together, those responsible wished the trainees a successful start to their professional careers.
