Live podcast in Keller No. 10: Witch hunts and dark legends

In cellar no. 10 it gets scary! On Friday, October 25th, there will be a very special live podcast that deals with the dark topic of witch hunts. The two podcasters Theresa Rupp and Paulina Gebehenne, who are already known for their podcast “Mythical Hour” about scary stories and true crimes, invite the audience to take part in this eerie evening. Check-in begins at 7:30 p.m. and the event starts at 8 p.m.

Mythical Hour has made a name for itself in the podcast world by tackling urban legends and spooky folklore stories. The two young women, who come from Burglengenfeld and Parsberg, have already published over 25 episodes and now want to expand their format by appearing live in front of an audience. Claudia Feldmeier, the second chairwoman of the “Culture and more in the city triangle” association, explains that cellar no. 10 will also be opened up to new formats in the future in order to enrich the cultural offering.

An evening full of myths and questions

The main focus of the evening is the witch hunt, a topic that, although historical in Europe, remains relevant in other parts of the world, such as Africa or Papua New Guinea. In Burglengenfeld there are even witch trial files that go back to 1765. The double murder of Andreas Büchl, who was executed on Galgenberg in 1809, is also remembered. These historical references will certainly also be included in the evening's discussion.

The podcasters want to find out why people are interested in true crime and horror films. The audience is actively involved in the event by answering questions on the topics of witch hunts and myths. The two women promise to take listeners on an exciting journey through distant countries and their mysterious customs. Both old and current stories are told that are intended to amaze and scare the audience.

It is important to note that the event is only suitable for people aged 16 and over. Tickets cost 18 euros, with discounts for members of the “Culture and More in the Cities Triangle” association. Tickets are online at www.okticket.de and available at the box office. A scary, dark evening in basement no. 10 is waiting for everyone who dares!
