On January 15, 2026, citizens will have the opportunity to take part in a public meeting of the building committee. This will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the town hall, Ringstrasse 46. The agenda for this meeting promises exciting points that affect future building development in the community.
As noted on the Tegernheim municipality website, the meeting begins with the approval of the minutes of the last meeting and the announcement of non-public resolutions. There are also several planning applications and preliminary approvals on the agenda, all aimed at improving the infrastructure and housing options within the community.
Building applications and preliminary notices
A central item on the agenda is the building application to change the use of part of an existing residential building, which is located in the basement of hallway no. 3461/7 is located at Bienenwegstrasse 29. A preliminary building permit for the construction of two new single-family homes including carports at Illerstrasse 40 (Fl. No. 2353) is also discussed.
In addition, a building application for the new construction of two semi-detached houses on an existing residential building at Weinbergstrasse 18 (Fl.No. 340/4) is presented. Another important point is the preliminary building permit for the construction of two apartment buildings, each with five residential units, and four single-family houses with garages and parking spaces on the property at Weinbergstrasse 60 (area no. 3224).
The building committee will also examine an application for the construction of a new semi-detached house including parking spaces or carports on Hauptstrasse 10 (Fl.No. 740), as well as an application for the new construction of a single-family house with a garage on Am Mittelberg street under house no. 18 (Fl.Nr. 3559/4 and 3559/5).
After discussing these public points, there will be information and inquiries. Finally, a non-public meeting is on the agenda in which confidential topics are discussed.
