23 young talents are starting their careers in the Regensburg district office
Regensburg (RL). 23 young talents started their professional careers in the Regensburg district office. On September 1st, 18 new trainees started in various professions, while seven more will join on October 1st. These new employees bring a breath of fresh air to the administration and cover a wide range of training occupations.
The new trainees include two who are training to become administrative assistants, a road trainee, a gardener, a draftsman and several candidates for administrative secretaries. This diversity of careers shows how important it is to train young people in different areas and give them the opportunity to develop in public administration.
Welcome party in the district office
The new trainees were warmly welcomed by district administrator Tanja Schweiger, manager Maximilian Sedlmaier and the head of the human resources department, Franz Ebner, in the large meeting room of the district office. Training manager Michael Schebler was also present to welcome the new employees.
"In times when there is a shortage of skilled workers, it is crucial to attract and promote new talent. We are pleased that you have decided to train with us. This decision opens up many opportunities for personal and professional development," explained District Administrator Tanja Schweiger. She wished the trainees a successful start and lots of joy in their new roles.
The list of new trainees includes:
- Zwei Verwaltungsfachangestellte: Julia Eichmeier, Christina Reisinger
- Ein Straßenanwärter: Ivan Gerzen
- Eine Gärtnerin: Marit Siefken
- Ein Bauzeichner: Klaus Reinisch
- Vier Verwaltungssekretäranwärterinnen: Fiona Baron, Melina Beck, Elisabeth Neft, Isabelle Köhlert
- Eine Verwaltungsinspektoranwärterin: Annkatrin Schmidt
- Fünf Regierungssekretäranwärter: Nathalie Bucher, Jasmine Ferstl, Anja Nowack, Moritz Schmidt, Simon Pracht
- Eine Freiwillige im Sozialen Jahr: Azra Candan
In addition, seven more junior employees will begin their duties as government inspector candidates on October 1st. These new employees are Antonia Dietlmeier, Pia Dirnberger, Eva Eisenhut, Simon Hämmerle, Hannah Preissler, Janina Reindl and Josef Schaffer.
There are now a total of 48 trainees in the Regensburg district office, which underlines the administration's efforts to integrate young people into the public service and offer them sound training.
