Sünching Municipal Council: Meeting on October 15th on property tax 2025
An important meeting of the local council in Sünching will take place on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. This meeting will be held in the meeting room of the Sünching administrative community and begins at 8:00 p.m. Citizens are welcome to attend this public meeting to pursue issues affecting the community.
A central topic on the agenda is property tax for 2025. The determination of the assessment rates for property tax A and B is being discussed. Assessment rates are the factors that are used to calculate property tax and therefore have a direct influence on the amount of tax burden for property owners. In addition, a statute will be issued that regulates the setting of these assessment rates.
Agenda items in detail
In addition to property tax, there are other items on the agenda. Under the “Other” item, various concerns and topics that are not explicitly on the agenda can be addressed. This offers local council members and citizens the opportunity to raise current issues.
Another important point is the report by the mayor, Robert Spindler. In this report he will provide information about current developments in the community and possibly also address future projects that may be of interest to citizens.
After the public part of the meeting, a non-public meeting will take place in which confidential topics will be discussed. This practice is common to protect sensitive information and maintain the privacy of the individuals involved.
The municipality of Sünching invites all interested citizens to take part in this meeting and to actively participate in municipal affairs. It is an opportunity to find out about important decisions and observe the work of the local council.
