On February 10, 2026, public participation in the development plan “Zur Alten Mühle I – 1st amendment with partial repeal” will come into force. This planning is an important step in the development of the area and will be presented with a draft plan in the version dated December 4, 2025. The focus is on comprehensive public participation in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 2 of the BauGB, which is important for the citizens affected.
