On February 10, 2026, public participation in the development plan “Zur Alten Mühle I – 1st amendment with partial repeal” will come into force. This planning is an important step in the development of the area and will be presented with a draft plan in the version dated December 4, 2025. The focus is on comprehensive public participation in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 2 of the BauGB, which is important for the citizens affected.
The participation phase will last from February 11, 2026 to March 12, 2026. During this period, citizens have the opportunity to actively participate in the planning process. The place of participation is the town hall of Pettendorf, where detailed information and relevant documents can be viewed.
