Neutraubling City Council: Focus on important construction projects and renovations

An important city council meeting will take place in Neutraubling on November 20, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting room of the town hall at Pommernstrasse 19 South (2nd floor) will be the meeting place. Public infrastructure and renovations

Another important item on the agenda is the dedication of restricted public paths in the “Am Kleinfeld” development area, which includes a pedestrian and cycle path along Mintrachinger Straße as well as a farm path. In addition, a decision will be made about participation in the federal program “Renovation of municipal sports facilities”. This program promotes investment projects in municipal institutions that are of regional or national importance. Federal Institute for Building, Urban and Spatial Research (BBSR) emphasizes that a total of 333 million euros in federal funds are available for the 2025/2026 project call.

Expressions of interest for funded projects can be submitted digitally until January 15, 2026. Digital information events will take place on November 27th and December 2nd, 2025. These events are aimed at cities, municipalities and districts and deal with the goals and priorities of the program, the funding requirements and the process for submitting project applications. It is also emphasized that comprehensive structural renovation and modernization is promoted, whereby energy standards must be adhered to after construction is completed.

Citizens' meeting and other topics

The meeting will also provide information about the upcoming citizens' meeting in 2025. Here, citizens have the opportunity to comment on current issues in their city and to make inquiries. The topic “Other” will also be on the agenda before the administration presents current topics, followed by the opportunity for further inquiries.
