Public display of the photovoltaic system in Grafenhof postponed

In a recent announcement, the city administration announced that the public display of the development plan for the “special area photovoltaic open-space system Grafenhof” as well as the sixth amendment to the land use plan cannot take place as planned. This is due to unexpected changes in the design planning, which require renewed approval from the municipal council.

The public display was originally planned for the period from October 9th to November 11th, 2024. However, due to the necessary adjustments in the planning process, this date must now be postponed. The city administration emphasizes that compliance with legal requirements, especially the Building Code (BauGB), is of great importance.

Details on the design

Public display is an important step in the planning process as it gives the population the opportunity to find out about the planned projects and, if necessary, to raise objections. In this case, however, the interpretation will not take place, which means that citizens will not be able to view the plans for the time being.

The city administration will inform the public about the new dates as soon as the necessary approvals are received. It remains to be seen when the public display can be rescheduled and what changes need to be made in the draft. The city strives to ensure transparency and involve citizens in the planning process.
