Construction and Environmental Committee: Meeting in Laaber on September 23, 2024

On Monday, September 23, 2024, the Laaber market invites you to an important meeting of the building and environmental committee. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. and takes place in the town hall meeting room. Visits are planned beforehand to give participants a direct insight into the upcoming construction projects.

The agenda of the meeting includes several items that are important for the development of the community. These applications concern, among other things, the installation of a third residential unit in an existing basement in Hinterzhof and a roof renovation in Laaber, which requires monument approval.

Important building applications in focus

Another building application concerns the construction of a new carport with a flat roof in Laaber. In addition, a preliminary building request for the construction of three small wooden houses is being processed. These small houses should be equipped with a flat, pitched roof. Another application envisages the conversion of a terraced house with a separate apartment and garage in Waldetzenberg.

In addition, applications to extend existing building permits are on the agenda. This includes an attic conversion in Laaber and the construction of a new residential building with a double garage in Anger. The construction of a warehouse for forestry equipment in Kleinetzenberg is also being discussed.
