Renovation of state road 2146: Complete closure in Aufhausen until the end of November
Road construction work on state road 2146 will begin on Thursday, October 17, 2024. This work will be carried out by the Regensburg State Building Authority. The road renovation affects the Aufhausen through town. The existing full closure is expected to be extended until the end of November.
Details about the construction work
The construction work on the section of state road 2146 between Gansbach and the entrance to Aufhausen is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, October 16, 2024. From Thursday, October 17, 2024, this section of the route will be accessible again from Pfakofen to the “Am Fürberg” junction.
The renovation will then continue in the town thoroughfare. Another approximately 150 meter long section between the road divider at the entrance to Aufhausen and the junction “Am Hirtacker” will be closed from October 17, 2024. This closure is expected to last until the end of November.
Detours and accessibility
During this period, the shopping market and the children's house can only be accessed from Gansbach. Access from Aufhausen is possible at any time via the existing footpath and cycle path. The signposted diversion takes place from the direction of Sünching from Aufhausen via Triftlfing, Langenerling, Hagelstadt and Pfakofen and in the opposite direction.
Everyone involved is trying to keep the disruption to road users as low as possible. Those responsible ask road users and affected residents for their understanding of the unavoidable disruption, especially on the diversion routes.
