Local council meeting in Brunn: Important topics on October 17th

On Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., the community of Brunn invites you to an important meeting of the community council. This will take place in the training room of the fire station and promises to put some exciting topics on the agenda.

The session begins with the opportunity for listeners to make their contributions. This is an opportunity for citizens to address their concerns directly to local councils and to actively participate in political events.

Agenda items in detail

A central point of the meeting will be the approval of the minutes of the public part. In addition, the youth representative will present a report on the children and youth survey of the Laaber municipality, which could be of interest to many families.

Another important item on the agenda concerns preliminary construction inquiries and applications. A request for amendment to an already approved procedure is being discussed here, which concerns the construction of a terrace on a garage in Frauenberg. This could be important for residents and those interested in building.

The local councilors will also discuss the statutes for determining the property tax assessment rates for the community of Brunn. This decision has a direct impact on citizens' tax burden and should therefore be followed closely.

Another exciting point is the land-use planning process for the “solar park on the motorway – Brunn-Laaber solar park”. A change in the land use plan and an integrated landscape plan are presented here, indicating the growing interest in renewable energy.

In addition, the village renewal in Frauenberg is discussed, in particular the soccer court leisure area and the width of the elevated path. These points are important for the development of infrastructure and recreational opportunities in the community.

A report on Integrated Rural Development (ILE) will also be on the agenda, followed by the announcement of approved resolutions from the closed session. Mayor Karl Söllner will inform those present about current developments before the meeting ends with various topics.

The meeting offers citizens the opportunity to find out about current developments in their community and to actively participate in shaping their surroundings. It is recommended that you take the time to attend this important event.
