Windstall II development plan: Your opinion counts now!

On January 8, 2026, the market town of Beratzhausen announced that the approval and interpretation decision for the new development plan “Windstall II” as well as the partial change to the existing development plan “Gewerbegebiet am Geißweg” officially came into force. These measures were published within the framework of the legal requirements in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 2 of the BauGB. The market town council approved the draft with changes from the meetings on December 18, 2025.

The planned area for the development plan is located on the outskirts of Beratzhausen, adjacent to the existing commercial area along Pfraundorfer Straße. As part of the public display, interested citizens can view it both online and on site in the town hall from January 9th to February 13th, 2026.

The drafts and the associated justification, including environmental reports and statements, are available on the websites www.beratzhausen.com and www.geoportal.bayern.de/bauleitplanungspotal be available. Inspection in the Beratzhausen town hall, Marktstrasse 31, room 105, takes place during the opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The town hall will be closed on Wednesday.

In addition, interested parties can also inspect outside opening hours by making an appointment by telephone. Comments on the development plan are welcome and should preferably be submitted electronically. Alternatively, submission in text form by letter or in writing is also possible. Please note that comments that are not submitted within the deadline may not be taken into account.

Environmental protection and data protection

Extensive environmentally relevant information is provided as part of the planning process. This includes the environmental report, the intervention regulations as well as nature conservation information and statements from various authorities and associations. Personal data is protected in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter e of the GDPR in conjunction with the Building Code and the Bavarian Data Protection Act. The returns regarding the rights of data subjects, including access, rectification, deletion and objection, are guaranteed.

Citizens have the right to contact the responsible supervisory authority if they have any suggestions, concerns or complaints.
