The municipality of Barbing invites you to comment on the sports field development plan

The municipality of Barbing recently took a significant step in urban planning. On May 7, 2024, the local council decided to draw up a development plan for the “Eltheim sports field special area”. This is an important step in regulating and shaping the future use of the area. The draft plan was approved on September 10, 2024, paving the way for the next steps in this process.

A development plan is a legal document that determines how a certain area can be used. In this case, the area around the sports field in Eltheim is defined in more detail. The 9th Zoning Amendment is also part of this process. The land use plan provides an overview of the intended use of areas in the community, such as residential areas, commercial areas or green spaces.

The municipality would like to invite all interested citizens and institutions to take part in this planning process. Please submit comments on the plans by November 1, 2024. This can be done either in writing to the municipality of Barbing, Kirchstraße 1, 93092 Barbing, or digitally by email bauamt@barbing.de take place. The statements are important in order to provide the community with the necessary information required for well-founded and optimal planning.
