Trabitz Municipal Council: Important decisions on September 9, 2024
The municipality of Trabitz invites all interested citizens to the next municipal council meeting, which will take place on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. in the municipality's Meierhof. This public meeting provides a platform to discuss important issues affecting the community.
A central topic of the meeting will be the legal dispute between the municipality of Trabitz and WP Haustechnik. The results of a previous meeting of the Weiden Regional Court, which took place on July 23, 2024, are presented. Council members will also vote on a settlement that could potentially resolve the conflict.
Agenda items in detail
Another item on the agenda is the approval of the minutes of the last meeting on July 9, 2024. This is an important step to ensure that all decisions and discussions are properly documented.
In addition, the building committee will discuss various applications. This includes the outdoor lighting of the Trabitz kindergarten and an application for the construction of a fence by the Sebastian Hösl carpentry shop. Both topics will be submitted for resolution.
The meeting will also address applications for grants, including support from the SpVgg support group. Trabitz e.V. and the folk and mountain costume association D' Haidnaabtaler. These grants are important for supporting local associations and their activities.
Another item on the agenda concerns the fire departments in the municipality of Trabitz, in particular the assumption of costs for an administration app that is intended to improve the efficiency of fire department administration. The approval of the 2023 annual financial statements of the Trabitz water supply facility is also up for vote.
