Youth forum in Neumarkt: Ideas for a lively hometown

On Friday evening, around 35 young people came to the youth forum at the G6 in Neumarkt. They discussed their wishes and ideas for the city. "Your suggestions and topics are important to us. We will present the results of this evening and the youth survey to the city council," he assured the young people.

Diverse concerns of young people

The young people expressed further concerns. This included improving bus connections during off-peak and intermediate periods. Safer and more modern cycle paths were also called for. An open studio for young artists was also very well received.Anke Auer, the head of the youth office, was enthusiastic: "A lot of great ideas were mentioned. Based on the results, we can also align and improve our offerings and thus make them more youth-friendly."
