Read meter readings for garden and underwater meters now!
The reading of the garden and underwater meters for the annual billing is pending. The meter readings must be read by yourself. The report must be submitted to the responsible office for consumption charges by the end of December of the respective billing year at the latest. This only happens in writing.
Reading and reporting
The reading can be done using a form on the homepage. Alternatively, you can report directly via email. The form in the newsletter, which appears in the November and December issues, can also be used. Missed reports will not be taken into account.
Note the calibration year
In addition, the calibration year of the garden and underwater meters must be checked. Uncalibrated meters are also not taken into account. When the calibration year has expired, these meters must be replaced independently. An appointment for re-sealing must be arranged with the wastewater treatment officer.
