Participate and help shape: Strengthening social cohesion in Bavaria
An exciting research project is being launched in rural regions of Bavaria that deals with social cohesion. The Nuremberg University of Technology has taken on this important topic and will examine various aspects of coexistence in these areas until 2026. The project is supported by the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance and Homeland and aims to collect citizens' opinions and ideas.
Citizens are cordially invited to take part in an online survey aimed at all municipalities that are classified as rural areas in the Bavarian State Development Plan (LEP). The first survey that looked at local social relationships took place last year. The results of this survey can be viewed on the project website at www.heimatprojekt-bayern.de. Now the second survey is coming up, which focuses on the solidarity within the communities.
