Neukirchen b. Holy Blood: New photovoltaic project is taking shape

The city administration of Neukirchen b. Hl. Blut has taken a significant step in the city's development. In a public meeting that took place on July 1, 2024, the market town council decided to draw up a new development plan for the “Hochstrasse” photovoltaic system. This is an important step to promote the use of renewable energies in the region and to adapt the infrastructure accordingly.

The decision to change the land use plan is part of a comprehensive process that involves citizens and authorities. In accordance with the provisions of the Building Code (BauGB), the public is involved in the planning process at an early stage. This is done through the participation of citizens, who have the opportunity to express their opinions and concerns. The drafts prepared on May 2, 2024 were also approved at this meeting.

Planning details

The urban development plan includes several important documents, including the project and development plan, the green area and an environmental report. These documents are crucial to ensure that all aspects of planning are taken into account, particularly in relation to environmental protection and sustainable development. The plans are drawn up in a parallel process in accordance with Section 8 Paragraph 3 of the BauGB, which means that the changes to the land use plan and the development plan are processed at the same time.

The city administration has also published various annexes containing further information on the planned changes. These documents are available online and offer interested citizens the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information. Transparency in this process is critical to gaining the public's trust and ensuring that all voices are heard.
