The citizens' office in Falkenstein will not be open on September 30th and October 1st, 2024. The reason for this closure is the installation of new software aimed at improving operations in the office. During this time, staff will also be trained in the use of the new systems to ensure a smooth transition.
As a result of this closure, the community offices in Michelsneukirchen and Rettenbach will also be unavailable from September 30th to October 2nd, 2024. This means that citizens in these communities will not be able to access services on these days.
Special opening hours on October 2nd
In order to still offer citizens a certain level of service, the citizens' office in the Falkenstein town hall will be open on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is an exception that allows citizens to resolve important matters, despite the previous closure days.
