Schwarzenbach development plan in Lohberg: public inspection begins

In a recent meeting, the Lohberg local council took a significant step by repealing the “Schwarzenbach” development plan. This was done on the basis of a draft plan created by the planning office Brandl & Preischl from Cham. The design, dated July 17, 2024, received council approval, indicating a clear direction in city planning.

The decision to revoke the development plan is part of a transparent process that involves citizens. As part of the early public participation, which is carried out in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the Building Code (BauGB), citizens have the opportunity to find out about the plans and express their opinions.

Public inspection

The relevant documents will be accessible in the Lohberg municipal administration from August 26, 2024 to September 30, 2024. Interested citizens can view the documents in the town hall, on the upper floor, room 1.02, during general office hours. These are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Citizens can also express their comments and questions about the planning here.
