Schwarzenbach development plan in Lohberg: public inspection started

In an important decision, the Lohberg local council has canceled the “Schwarzenbach” development plan. This happened at a meeting held on July 17, 2024, where the draft plan, prepared by the Cham planning office Brandl & Preischl, was unanimously approved. The draft contains a detailed justification explaining the background to the repeal.

The public now has the opportunity to actively participate in this process. As part of the early participation, which is organized in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the Building Code (BauGB), interested citizens can view the relevant documents. These are available from August 26, 2024 to September 30, 2024 at the Lohberg municipal administration, Rathausweg 1 a, 93470 Lohberg. Inspection is possible during general business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
