In an important decision, the Lohberg local council has canceled the “Schwarzenbach” development plan. This happened at a meeting held on July 17, 2024, where the draft plan, prepared by the Cham planning office Brandl & Preischl, was approved. The draft contains a detailed justification explaining the background to the repeal.
The public now has the opportunity to actively participate in this process. As part of the early participation, which is organized in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the Building Code (BauGB), the documents can be viewed in the Lohberg municipal administration from August 26, 2024 to September 30, 2024. Inspection is possible during general office hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Public inspection and participation
The documents are available in the Lohberg town hall, on the upper floor, room 1.02. Citizens are invited to express their opinions and suggestions and to discuss the planning. This is an important opportunity for residents to have their voices heard and take an active part in shaping their surroundings.
