The Advent market in Hahnbach took place on the 1st weekend of Advent, specifically on December 1st, 2025, and offered visitors a varied program. The festive activities were opened by eleven hunting horn players under the direction of Matthias Fenk. Georg Götz, chairman of the Hahnbach Cultural Committee, welcomed the guests and expressed his thanks to the stand operators and the volunteers. In his opening speech, Pastor Michael Birner discussed the historical place and the spirit of new beginnings and expectation during Advent.

The mayor of Hahnbach, Bernhard Lindner, thanked Georg Götz and symbolically distributed Christmas brushes to those present. Children from the “The Good Shepherd” kindergarten enriched the market musically with their star songs and texts. In addition, the children from lunchtime care and “The Rattling Storks” from the Hahnbach kindergarten presented a Secret Santa program and concluded with the festive song “Feliz Navidad”. On Sunday afternoon, the “Nachwux der Hahnbacher Marktbläser” performed, followed by a performance by the “Blumenwiese” kindergarten. Traditionally, the Hahnbacher Marktbläser ended the program at nightfall.

Various providers took care of the physical well-being, including the KBV with bratwursts, the girls' group with chocolate fruits and hot Aperol, the KLJB Iber with waffles and punch and the CSU with farmers' sighs. The women's association and numerous exhibitors were also represented with their stands, where punch, Christmas decorations, gift items, turned woodwork and LED Christmas balloons were offered.

Saint Nicholas and his servant Ruprecht generously distributed sweets to the good children on both days, which contributed significantly to the festive atmosphere of the market. The culture committee also approved grants totaling 7,535 euros for 41 clubs, including 5,360 euros specifically for youth work.
