Remembrance Days in Freihung: Remembrance Day unites the community
The market town of Freihung is planning a central commemoration ceremony for Remembrance Day. This will take place on Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Freihung. On Sunday, November 17, 2024, wreath-layings will follow in the other districts.
Memorial details
The celebrations begin on Saturday at 7 p.m. in Freihung. Before that there will be a service in the Catholic church at 6 p.m. A funeral procession then takes place. Commemorative events will be held in the districts on Sunday. The ceremony in Großschönbrunn begins at 9:30 a.m. The memorial service starts at 10 a.m. in Seugast and at 10:30 a.m. in Thansüß.
